There is a problem: Lets suppose the boiler circ is driven by the boiler temp.
If the boiler is not so hot yet (circ stopped), but the other circulators are working, then cold water can run into the boiler, because the shunt is not working. Also, if the boiler is hot and the shunt-valve is closed, then the circ will function without reason. Can the boiler circulator be driven by the boiler temp AND the shunt-valve?
Connect all pumps to the same output.
Then the controler can turn on when there is hot vater to circulate,
and turn off when the rest heat is used.
Optionally, weather compensation can be used to control the floor heating.
Your set boiler temperature is too low.
You will not be able to maintain 55 gr on the shunt.
Minimum power could be 10%
It provides a larger regulatory area.
If it can not hold fire at 10% it must have more than 3.5 kW
