I write to you from Spain. My RTB16 (V7) has failed. The differential (Earth leakage trip) trips off. I can see that water has dripped from the chimney onto the top of the boiler, and there are watermarks inside the control box. I don't see obvious signs of catastrophic damage to the PCB (I'm an electronics engineer). I will try to clean the PCB in case it is just a case of something conductive washed onto the PCB in the area of the MAINS 230V input causing the problem.
The problem is that the Spanish distributor is on holidays until 4 January. After that, I don't know how long they would take to help me (6 January is the main Christmas holiday here). I live in the mountains, and the RTB is my only source of heat.
There is a UK online store, but they show the main PCB and extension PCB out of stock.
I don't have a login for nbe-shop.dk How do I get an account there? How long would it take to receive a new PCB? Approx cost? (it doesn't show on the website without a login).

Fine if you can clean and dry the print.
Everything is closed down until January 4th.
If the print is defective, it may be fastest to contact a local dealer.
