The boiler went out, with no light.  I cleaned the photo sensor which was covered with unburnt pellet dust. It didn't relight afterwards and I saw it didn't feed beliefs from the hopper. I can hear the external auger motor run, but the nut on the top about the outlet to the boiler doesn't go round.

I took the auger out to check, and the spring is completely snapped!  :-[

Is this common? What might have caused it? I hope that the single dealer in Spain has one in stock.

I was lucky. The Spanish importer had one in stock. A couple of hours driving, and then another couple to fit it and i have heating again ;D
