Hallo,
erst mal schöne Grüße aus Deutschland!

Ich habe einen Scotte 15kW mit Chip (V 4.99) und Stokerkontrol 1.75.

Der Sauerstoff steht auf 8%.
Mein Kessel hat zwischen 5-15% Sauerstoff aber die Drehzahl des Gebläses bleibt bei 100%.

Was muß man machen damit bei zu viel Sauerstoff die Drehzahl sinkt?

Geht das?

I have a Scotte 15kW with Chip (V.4.99) and Stokerkontrol 1.75.

The Oxygen in the Stokerkontrol stands by 8%.
My Scotte drives from 5% to 15% up and down and the Engine always turns 100%! (min:10%; max:100%)
Why didn´t drive the Engine slower when The Oxygen is higher than 8%???
I have read that the Version 4.99 can control the Oxygen by made another Power to the Engine...

Hi Lothar,

You will have the answer in English, but you can ask in German  ;)

You write that the speed of the fan stays on 100%, even when the oxygen % is higher than setpoint (8%).
But how do you know that the speed of the fan stays on 100% ?
What you see in the display or in Stokerkontrol is the load (die Last) on the burner, and not the speed of the fan.

First of all, to have oxygen control to work, you must set parameter "Oxygen control" in pane "Oxygen" in "Setup" to "Yes" (or what it is in German language" in Stokerkontrol, or you set parameter C1=2 on the control box of the burner.

You must also make sure that the boiler (die Kessel) is 100% sealed (dicht), so no falty air is disturbing the meassurement of the oxygen-probe.
The Oxygen-probe must be a well functioning probe, and needs to be calibrated in warm condition in clean air.

If all above is OK, you should be able to have the oxygen control to work.

Now is all clear!
I have think the Display from the Burner-Box show the speed of the fan...
The boiler is 100% sealed and calibrated!

I try again tomorrow and then I listen better to the fan.  :D
