In the manual it says:
Unplug the burner and force-run the auger until pellets start to come out of it, continue for 15 minutes.
Then weigh the amount of pellets after 360 seconds and enter the result into the controls as the capacity of the auger.

But I don't understand how to force-run the auger?
I tried to press and hold the up arrow on the control box, but nothing happens.
Can someone guide me how to do it?

Hi Egon,

To start the continuous run of the auger, do the following:
Switch off power supply
Press and hold the arrow-up key while switching on power supply
Keep arrow-up key pressed, until the auger starts to run

Now the auger will run until you press arrow-down key.
