I accidentally via internet download and installed version 10.0937. How can I get back to version 10.0522?
I tried to reinstall version 10.0522 from the memory card. It did not succeed. After that, I tried to install version 7.0665 from the memory card. The files were downloaded from the memory card, I restarted systems and the boot loader text came up and the screen went black. Something else did not happen anymore.
How can I get back to version 10.0522?

Push the factory reset on the board,
power off, wait, wait a little more,
power on, wait,
and only now you must release the factory reset button. :)

In Stokercloud I can´t log in with the password that I have on the boiler. How do I recover a password?

After you create your user on StokerCloud,
then you have created a password yourself.
That's what you need to log in.

I have tried several times create account to stokercloud and it writes that my serial number is not valid. Actually I see my boiler (4523) in stokercloud but I can`t log in. I think the boiler installer made an account. I asked him, but he did`t remember.

and explain your problem :)

Yes - please, send me an email, you/the installer provided no email at registration, so you cannot resend your password. So please write a few informations in an email to me and i will reset your password.
