It may be due to a blockage in the system.
Maybe a plug in a hose.
Maybe a faulty meter.
The quick solution is to switch off the flow measurement and use fan numbers.

Thanks for the answers.

I just have a few follow-up questions: which hoses should I check? The ones bringing air to the combustion chamber (my installer told me it was related to the flue pipes)?

If I switch off the flow measurements, which fan numbers should I use? and is there a risk that the boiler will get damaged?

Thanks a lot!

It is the hoses from the fan, up to the print on the burner.

You must adapt the fan numbers to your combustion.
See schedule https://www.nbe.dk/wp-content/uploads/2015/08/Montering-af-blaesere-DK.pdf
A link to your control on StokerCloud or information about the kW size of the boiler will help.

There is no damage to the installation by using blower numbers.
It's just another way to control the combustion.

Here is the link to our control:

Switch off the alarm, and when the flow control is switched off you are ready for ignition.
Blower numbers are ok  :)

Thanks!!

So the 2 clear hoses on the burner are just for flow measurement?

Yes  :)

Thanks it worked!

Could you tell me what the benefits of the airflow regulation are over the regulation with fan speed? Is it worth fixing it, and if yes, could you work me through the steps to do it?

Thanks a lot!

Air flow regulation is an attempt to measure the air flow and regulate based on the pressure that is measured.
When it works it is very accurate, but several things can interfere with that measurement.
For example, dust in the hoses, a sharp bend on the hose, or a hole in the hose.

Using fan numbers is just as effective.
However, without the possibilities of incorrect adjustment based on incorrect pressure measurements.
Forget the flow regulation, it's not worth the effort.

Hello, I'm experiencing the same issue with my RTB10 boiler.
I often get the alarm "air flow can't be reached" after compressor clean cycle.
My only solution is to unplug and clean the 2 transparent hoses on the burner, clear the alarm then restart the controler. It is very unconvenient and I wonder if could use the same solution as LucyandJean, using the fan numbers instead of the air flow measurement.
Coud you please give me advice regarding this case ?

Best regards,

Max

Use blower numbers  :)

Hi Michael and thanks a lot for this very quick answer !  ;D
Could you please confirm the settings I have to modify to do so ?
What I understand/imagine is to set to ON the "use fan RPM alarm" setting and set to OFF the "Airflow regulation" setting of the "FAN" tab. Am I right ?
Thanks a lot.

Dont use air flow regulation.
Dont use rpm regulation.

Thanks for your help, I will try this solution after next air flow regulation breakdown.

Best regards
