ikke arbejder pc-tilslutning til styreenheden af kedlen Opop

Dear sirs,

I use gas boiler (model Opop Woody 20 kwt) with control box connected to PC  through COM port and Stokercloud (on Win7) as software for 3 years. Everything was perfect, but some days ago I got a problem. Now I can't control the gas boiler via internet. I thought the problem was in cable, COM port or in my PC. Then checked the connection, tried to change PC - everything worked and the problem wasn't solved.
Am I right suggesting that the problem is in the control box of the gas boiler? What can it be? Maybe anybody had such a problem? Whether it is possible to fix the control box ?

Can you still use the pc to control the control box - or do you have to do all directly on control box.

I guess that you use 'Stokerkontrol' or other software on PC - which then communicate with StokerCloud on internet.

If you can use pc then I think error must be on connection to internet - I looked at stokercloud at igoralex and it says - 'not connected' - but also an old date.
