RTB Android App NBE V13 - Weather Zone 2 - Input-forward temp. sensor always N/A

Hello guys,

Is where anybody using Weather zone 2 through Android APP NBE V13 1.06?
The problem i have encountered is that Input-forward temp. sensor is fixed to N/A and cannot be altered in Weather zone 2 and controlled through app. Does anybody familiar with that issue? It's working from boiler manual control, but not visible in app and cannot be altered.
My boiler is RTB 16Kw with two zones -> one for floor heating and another for radiators.

Hi Mantasg

You are not telling us the version of the software you are running on the controlbox.

However, a new version of the app version 1.07 has already been submitted to Google Play. I just tested this function on controller software 7.0638 and 7.0640 with no problems.

I will advice you to upgrade, when the update is ready, we expect it to be available in Google Play within 12-24 hours, depending on the propagation speed in the Google services.

My controler version 7.0640. Serial no 21951.
Checked new 1.07 version and still have same trouble.

Noticed few strange things in app screen and boiler behavior.
NBE V13 1.07 program i'm using downloaded from previous post.

1) Average temperature is stuck and not changing anymore according outside temperature. (boiler is configured to take temperature from internet)

2) Shows some strange null% instead of percentage

3) Not related to Android app. In stoker cloud i'm always offline, but boiler is always online.

Hi,

I realized same behavior for zone 1 in v13 / app v1.07
After upgrade to app v1.0711 and v13.0946 the problem is solved for zone 1
