I still have the original auger that came with burner, but it is too short to reach the silo (next room). If i cant find a solution, maybe i build a small secondary silo next to the furnace. The big one can fill that then. But that is more of a long term solution 
It is possible to modify the coil/spring with adding a core to it. The 60mm auger i have has a open center of 16mm and a electrical or metal tube can slide in and fill it up and your measured weight will go down a lot.. I had it in mine for a long while, but it made issues with the pellets i use now. But worked fine before tho..
