V7 control box language problem

Hi!

Recently bought a Black Star 20 pellet boiler with NBE v7 control box. The burners control box default language was Czech I belive. Downloaded the newest UK version from nbe-global.com and installed it. Now most of the menus are in English but the ON/OFF options in the menu are still in foreign language accordingly ZAP/VYP. Also when I turn on the control box it shows "Program version 7.0522 Czech". My friend has the same unit and update but hes says Estonia. I tried installing the UK - 7.0522 update again but still had the same result. Can it be fixed somehow?  Thanks!

I guess you have to wait until someone from NBE is back on work 
This issue is related to the download of sw-updates and out of the normal "knowledge area" in this forum.

Otherwise you have to take contact to your dealer, in order to make an official complaint.
