Problem with starting the OPOP

Hi,


I have Black Star 25 and after power failure in the house, the screen lights up OPOP to start loading, but will turn off soon and then starts it again. Is there any place to reset it?

So, nobody has any idea? Can i reinstall soft, even if soft is not laoded. Is there diagnostic menu on the board, where i can enter, when it powers up?

could sound like burned capacitors, If it is a V7 they are mounted on the left side off the print next to the power supply.
