Jeg vil gerne have din hjælp og råd om installationen af min kedel RTB 16 KW med en silo på 320 kg, fordi siden opstart af kedlen i oktober 2017 har jeg kun problemer, som installatøren ikke har kan ikke løse, på trods af de mange ændringer i evakueringen af dampene. Jeg har altid fejltændinger, dråber, lys med gentagelse og langvarig, vigtig forbrænding af brænderen og skorstenen for evaluering af dampene, indstillingen af O2 ustabil ved 50% og 100%. Jeg har også et problem med opdateringen af version v13.1010.16 - app 1.632 til 14 / 11-2018, som forhindrer afbrydelsen af varmekredsløbspumpen og forsvinden af parametre og backup .Je du går med i billederne for at få en ide om mine problemer. Hi,

First of all, please do not try to write in Danish by translating French to Danish via google translate, it ends up un complete rubbish 

I understand as much as you have problems with your boiler/burner and probably something with condensation from the chimney.

A quick look to your settings shows some potential errors.
Your boiler setpoint temperature should be increased from 65^oC to 70^oC.
I have attached a picture showing how you set this (picture 1)

Your O₂ regulation runs with the fan adjustment as PI-regulation and the pellets adjustment also as PI-regulation.
This doesn't work, the fan adjustment should be only P-regulation and pellets adjustment only I-regulation.

Then your boiler seems to run the most of the time on 10% power, indicating it is too large for the need.
You can also see this from the temperature difference between forward and return temperature, which is only 3-4^oC.

Please don't try to do this type of translation, simply because it is very poor result 

I guess you ask if you should mount a chimney draft stabilizer, and if that is the question, the simple answer is YES 
A chimnye draft stabilizer is almost always a must, but it can in some cases be working without it.
This is i.ex. in installations with an exhaust fan controlled by a vacuum sensor in the boilers burner chamber, but even in such cases would I always recommend the chimnye draft stabilizer.

Without constant vacuum in the boilers burner chamber (chimnye draft), correct combustion is almost impossible to get.

J’ai moi aussi des problèmes avec une RTB10. Ce que je peux te dire c’est d’écouter MHES c’est une mine d’or. Écris en anglais car la traduction danoise est horrible et ne veut plus rien dire.
Maintenant pour ton problème :

Installe un modérateur
La pompe de circulation maison ne s’arrete pas chez moi non plus
Comment sont tes cendres? Et as tu de la suie dans la chaudière?
Si condensation cela veut dire que ta fumée est trop froide donc met ta température de consigne chaudière à 70 et pas 65. Mets ta température de retour minimum à 55 et pas 50.
Enlève ta programmation journalière de chauffage qui abaisse de 10 degré ton départ. Cela ne sert à rien sauf à condenser éventuellement et à consommer plus lorsque ta chaudière repassera en mode normal.
Je vois aussi qu’apparemment tu n’as pas de récupération de condensât en bas de ton conduit intérieur. Ce pourrait aussi être un problème....enlève le bouchon du bas et vérifie si:
- il n’est pas rempli d’eau
- rempli de suie.

Fait déjà cela et dis nous.

I too have problems with RTB10. What I can tell you is to listen to MHES it's a gold mine. Write in English because the Danish translation is horrible and does not mean anything anymore.
Now for your problem:

Install a moderator
The circulation pump does not stop at home either
How are your ashes? And do you have soot in the boiler?
If condensation means that your smoke is too cold, put your boiler set point temperature at 70 and not 65. Set your minimum return temperature to 55 and not 50.
Removes your daily heating schedule which lowers your departure by 10 degrees. It is useless except to condense eventually and consume more when your boiler returns to normal mode.
I also see that apparently you do not have any condensate recovery at the bottom of your inner duct. It could also be a problem .... remove the bottom cap and check if:
- it is not filled with water
- filled with soot.

Do it already and tell us.

Well, not all modifications has been implemented yet 
Your boiler setpoint temperature is still 65^oC, while you are recomended to increase it to 70^oC.

You also need to install a chimney draft stabilizer.

J'ai réglé la température de consigne sur 70 °comme vous ne l'aviez conseillé, j'avais demandé à l'installateur de mettre un modérateur de tirage lors des deux modifications de la cheminée et il ne l'a pas fait sa réponse ce n'est pas obligatoire !!! . Je vais contacter le distributeur RTB FRANCE pour avoir des explications sur ce refus de montais le modérateur qui sans lui impossible d'avoir une bonne combustion !. Donc pour le moment inutile d'essayer d'avoir de meilleurs réglages de combustion. Je reviendrai vers vous dès que ce problème sera résolu. Et en vous remercient pour les conseils.
